today we went out kind of early to promote some flyers...
saw a bit of the city...still very much cold outside,
my nose feels like a zombie...
its very hard to stop and try to take pictures, when its freezing outside...

on our way back to Jive's for lunch i came across this stencil...
so i decided to sketch a silly squid...
when all else fails..scribble your way out with style...
later on in ther afternoon we rolled down to meet with the homie, from the Helmet Kids. a spacious flat where a few people lived, where they throw shows...jam, and chill...we were invited to help paint the walls of this place...it was nice to let go and get down on a wall for a few...it's been a long minute...its weird...spray paint is illegal in the city of chicago...
i started painted a half robot slash giant squid...i really hope i get to finish it this week...
now i'm maxin...with the cat.
